On December 5, 2012, I attended the 10-day Goenka Vipassana Meditation Course at the Dhamma Malaya Vipassana Centre in Malaysia. Vipassana meditation means "insight meditation". It is a method whereby one develops the skill to observe sensations with an equanimous mind. With this training, one is able to see things as they really are, and not as they perceived to be. This will bring realities to one's life. With persistent training, one is able to maintain a balanced life amidst the vicissitudes of daily life.
I have written a 2-part article on my experience during this 10-day Vipassana course. To read, please CLICK HERE.
